Duties/Responsibilities:
● Drive and maximize sales performance by motivating and supporting the regional teams.
● Monitor and analyse business trends across and within the West region
● Develop plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals within the district for all KPIs including sales, expense control and business contribution
● Continuously look for growth opportunities both with existing and new areas
● Ensure customer service standards are upheld consistently across all stores in the region
● Support Managers in recruitment efforts, train top Managers that can deliver results through effectively and independently managing all aspects of the business when necessary.
● Coach regional teams to develop and maintain operational best practices
● Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary
● Oversee all new distributors openings in region
● Act as a partner between sales team, sales leadership, and corporate business partners
● Travel to existing stores and new stores, as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
